“Sila Stils” villages of private houses
What we did: We carried out in-depth research of the target audience using focus groups with an objective to find out, how to launch a new product and position a brand on a relatively stagnant real estate market. Based on the research results we developed a marketing strategy, brand positioning, unique story and values, which later were also integrated in the newly created name, logotype and visual identity of the brand. A brand book and responsive company website with a unique visual and content design were created.
